The apartment is on the ground floor of a more flat house in a beautiful and quiet area with a fantastic panoramic view over the lake and surrounding mountains. The apartment is far away from traffic noise and yet close to a little supermarket, bank, post office, cafe, ice cream etc.
The apartment is furnished modernly with two bed rooms, bathroom with shower, large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, Sat-TV, heating, air conditioning and a large terrace (partly covered) with outside table overlooking the lake and the surroundings. Furthermore you will have an elevator, a private garage and a private cellar at disposal in which you can close your bikes & sports equipment. The city center of Riva del Garda, is only around 2.5 km. Up to the nearby Lake Tenno it's only about 6 km and 10 km to Lake Ledro. The Waterfall "Varone" is at walking-distance.

“Superschöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem, was man benötigt. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit der kleinen Grünfläche und tollem Blick auf den Gardasee.
In der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, der zu Fuß oder Fahrrad gut zu erreichen ist.
Der Gardasee ist allerdings schon etwas weiter entfernt und nur mit dem Auto bzw. Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Die Vermieterin ist total nett und steht für Fragen und bei Problemen jederzeit zur Verfügung.”
