Villa Janko is a completely renovated old stone house located in the quiet village Zgrabljići, 3.3 km from St. Lovrec and 17 km from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in 1907 and has been completely renovated in 2005.
In reconstruction of the house were used purely traditional materials which gave this house its authenticity with a touch of tradition, combined with a high comfort of a rural house. Located on its own enclosed garden with maintained lawn of 200 sqm where the guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool with sun beds, Finnish sauna, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a covered terrace with a stone table and chairs. The house is partly held for the adjoining building, but thanks to a enclosed garden it provides to its guests complete privacy.
The owner of the house does not live on the property.

On the ground floor there is a stylish decorated living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, two persons sleeping couch and a separate toilet. Covered terrace and garden are approachable from the living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with air-conditioning), one with a double bed and bathroom/toilet and one with twin beds and shower / toilet.
