Pleasant Apartment in Nauders with Private Parking

Enjoy your holiday in a comfortably furnished two-room apartment for two to six people, in the centre of Nauders. Cosy holiday apartment at the heart of Nauders with a terrace and a garden, an ideal place for a family holiday in summer for cycling, and for skiing in winter

On the terrace right in front of the apartment an in the adjoining garden children will find many ways to entertain themselves, such as sledging, sliding or skiing in winter on the “pistes”, or the sand pit and ball games in summer (football, basketball), as well as a slide, swing, climbing, cycling or roller skating. Fun is guaranteed here. Parking spaces, a ski storage room, a ski boot dryer and bicycle parking spaces are also provided.

The holiday apartment measures 45m² and was renovated in December 2013. It has a spacious bathroom with a shower, WC, urinal, washing machine and towel radiator. There are also two separate bedrooms, each for three people. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer compartment, ceramic hob, stove and dishwasher. All eh rooms have a radio and satellite TV. Free wireless Internet access is also available. There is new plumbing and electricity.

There is something for everyone, whether hiking, skiing, cycling or biking in and around Nauders by the Reschenpass, or relaxing in familiar surroundings. There are shops and restaurants within 30 to 150 metres. The nearest ski bus stop is about 80 metres away. The owners look forward to welcoming you.
