This spacious vacation home is situated on a beautiful open natural plot just a short distance from the wide sandy beach.

The house is bright and cheerfully furnished and decorated with white-painted walls. You enter the house via a beautiful entrance hall with underfloor heating. The rest of the first floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with family room and dining area and wood-burning stove. A staircase leads to the living room with two beds in an alcove. From the living room on the second floor you have a view of the pool room and a small view of the sea. The large and bright pool room has a 24 m2 pool and a jacuzzi.

There is a terrace around the house where you can sunbathe undisturbed. The property is not suitable for ball games as it is a natural plot.

You are also close to the fantastic beaches of Løkken, Blokhus and Rødhus. If you fancy a day out, there is plenty to do in Hjørring, the artists' town of Lønstrup and the always beautiful Skagen. Aalborg offers a wide range of cultural activities.

    “Wir waren vom 30.11. - 07.12.13 in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und trotz der Lage in der Ferienhaussiedlung, hat man auf dem Grundstück das Gefühl, man wäre alleine. Irgendwann hat der Besitzer sich mal viel Mühe mit dem Haus und der Einrichtung gegeben. Das ist noch gut zu erkennen, aber jetzt ist es doch etwas verwohnt und Kleinigkeiten lassen Gleichgültigkeit erkennen.

    Wir haben uns entschieden die Endreinigumg selbst durchzuführen. Sollten Sie sich auch das Geld sparen wollen, sollten Sie wissen, dass Sie alles selbst mitbringen müssen, bisauf den Staubsauger und den Wischmop.
    Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren und somit sehr günstig das Haus beziehen konnten, gibt es ansich nichts zu meckern. Wären wir während der Sommersaison gereist, wären wir von der Innen- und erst recht von der Aussenausstattung sehr enttäuscht gewesen.     “Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen! Pool und Sauna sind sauber und gepflegt. Gerade das Dachgeschoss macht das Haus zu einem empfehlenden Objekt - gute Aussicht mit Meerblick! Die Beschreibung und Bilder sind genau und spiegeln die Gemütlichkeit wieder. Das Platzangebot ist ausreichend für 8 Personen. Der eingezäunte Außenbereich ist super für Vierbeiner "mit Jagttrieb". Das Grundstück ist großzügig. Preis und Leistung stimmen überein - einen Anstrich könnte das Haus vertragen ;-)
