A scattering of houses dated back XVIII century located in the middle of a working estate producing olive oil, wine and cereals. Near Buonconvento, in the picturesque Crete Senesi region to the South of Siena, this property lies in an enviable position with breathtaking views over the Tuscan rolling hills.The entire hamlet has been recently restored and 3 houses have been divided into 13 independent apartments and one bedroom. The apartments are nicely furnished for holiday use and each has its own private outdoor area with table and chairs for al fresco dinners.Guests share a delightful swimming pool (6 x 12 mts - 0,80/1,80 mts, seasonal opening) set in a green lawn and small playground. A tiny restaurant for breakfast is located in the central building. Laundry service made by the owner, at cost. Olive oil and wine produced in the estate are for sale.The property is reached by an unpaved country road very panoramic and suitable for every kind of car.A good choice for a relaxing holiday, well placed for numerous interesting day trips to places such as Siena (about 28 km away), Montalcino (about 15 km away), Pienza (about 30 km away), Montepulciano (about 45 km away), Firenze (about 90 km) and Arezzo (about 1 hour drive). The nearest village is Buonconvento, where guests can find shops, supermarket, bank, restaurants and bar.
The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartment is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be an extra charge to pay on spot. Baby cot and high chair available on request for free. Wi-fi connection available in the common areas for free. Extra and to be paid on the premises: central heating in winter, final cleaning (the final cleaning charges will be doubled if the kitchen isn't left clean, the dishes are left dirty and the rubbish isn't disposed of), extra bed on request, inventory deposit , pets stay. Breakfast available on request and upon payment. Laundry service available, to be required and paid directly to the owner. Local tax must be paid cash on the spot.

    “Der familiengeführte Gutshof ist als letzter Hof an einer ca. 3 km langen Stichstraße gelegen. Der Vorteil ist, dass man keinen Durchgangsverkehr hat, sodass man Kind & Hund ohne Schwierigkeiten sich frei bewegen lassen kann. Die Anlage wird hauptsächlich von der Eigentümerin repräsentiert, die Familie unterstützt im Hintergrund. Die Gastgeberin spricht gutes Englisch, sodass man sich gut mit ihr unterhalten kann. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und angenehme Wirtin und obwohl sie noch junge Mutter ist, hat man das Gefühl, dass sie alles in Ruhe sehr gut hinbekommt.
    Pool und Gartenanlage sind sehr gepflegt, auch die Apartments können sich sehen lassen. Wir waren im 2-App Nr. 9 untergebracht, welches auf der Rückseite des Hauses liegt. Der Vorteil bei diesem Apartment ist, dass man nichts von den ankommenden Gästen mitbekommt und keine Autos vor der Türe stehen hat. Auch hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, selten haben wir eine so gute Ausstattung erlebt. Wenn was gefehlt hat, hat die Gastgeberin dieses sofort herbeigeschafft. Der Preis im August war nicht überteuert und letztendlich kann man sagen, dass man dieses Objekt gerne wieder buchen würde.”
