Holiday apartment with a terrace and a garden

The house the holiday apartment is in enjoys a quiet, central location.

The living room has a double door out onto the terrace of around 15m², with garden furniture and a grill, inviting you to sunbathe, grill etc.

The very beautiful, newly built apartment provides a big living room and a kitchen with access to a terrace, a big bedroom and a bathroom with a corner bath and round glass shower cubicle. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The living room also has a sofa bed and a supplementary bed can also be set up in the generous living room. The apartment, including the kitchen, is equipped with everything you need. There is an LCD TV in the living room.

Access to the A61 motorway is about 2km away. The Rhine, Ahr and Moselle valley is a few minutes’ drive away. It is just three kilometres to shops and restaurants.

There is an adventure playground for children nearby. Maria Laach, with the famous Benedictine Monastery, is about 3km away and is part of Glees, where the apartment is located. The area with its beautiful and numerous forested areas and the big lake, Laacher See, invites you to go on walks, hikes, cycle tours and boating, swimming and mini golf. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for exploring the famous hiking trails.
