Quietly situated holiday house with a private swimming pool, near Lake Garda by Sirmione

This holiday house enjoys a quiet panoramic location near Lake Garda, in the Colline Moreniche, the lovely hilly area in the south of Lake Garda, just 7 km from Sirmione. The accommodation provides 300m² of living space for a maximum of 12 people.

Outside you can find a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a veranda and a balcony for your own exclusive use, all surrounded by a generous and well-tended garden. There is also a garage with four parking spaces.

The living space of the holiday house is spread across two floors. The ground floor comprises a living room, a guest WC and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and a 300-litre freezer. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has a directly adjoining bathroom, while the other two bathrooms can be accessed directly along the hallway. There are a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the basement, which only have indirect light through cellar shafts due to the situation on a slope. The furnishing of the lower bedrooms is more simple. The laundry room and garage are also in the basement.

The hilly location offers a unique atmosphere and a fantastic view. Enjoy this great nature experience e.g. with breakfast every day on the terrace or with a dip in the pool. When staying in this well-maintained and comfortable accommodation you are bound to leave everyday stress far behind. The tasteful interior and the attention to detail make this villa an ideal place for a relaxing stay. The hosts are happy to assist with any queries. The nearest restaurants, cafes, grocery shops and other shops can be found in the centre of Pozzolengo 1000 metres away. There are further services and a train station in Sirmione (7km). The villa is in a convenient location for exploring the art cities of the region such as Verona, Mantua and Brescia, or getting to the well-known ski resorts in the inland area of Lake Garda. The many leisure parks in the area are a further attraction, such as Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland, Aquardens or Parco Natura Viva. And let’s not forget the many possibilities for sports enthusiasts, such as golf, mountain biking, riding and water sports.

Pets such as dogs are allowed, but only small breeds. It is also possible to book the house for smaller groups with a maximum of six people, comprising three double bedrooms with bathroom.

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist insgesamt sehr gut, uns hat Nichts gefehlt. Der Swimmingpool war Anfang April bereits mit Wasser gefüllt, es sind mehrere Liegen am Pool. Bademäntel und separate Handtücher wurden ohne Aufforderung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Einer unserer Enkelinnen war ein kleines Missgeschick widerfahren, ihr ist ein Schmuckstück in den Siphon des Waschbeckens gefallen. Eine SMS an den Besitzer reichte aus und er kam noch am selben Tag und holte das Schmuckstück aus dem Siphon. Brötchen wurden jeden Tag geliefert. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass die Heizung in einem Bad im Untergeschoss nicht funktionierte, wir haben uns dann mit der Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage geholfen. Wir waren 9 Personen, für die war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Wir waren alle sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit dem Domizil und würden jederzeit dieses wieder wählen.”

    “Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Größe war für uns mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern ideal. Die Terrasse ist perfekt für Frühstück und Abendessen im Freien. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und Liegeflächen sind genügend vorhanden. Was das Haus anbelangt fehlt es also an nichts, es ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

    Was uns nicht klar war, dass noch eine relativ hohe Stromrechnung mit dazu kommt. Wir haben 120 € für 7 Tage bezahlt. Angeblich verursacht u. a. der Pool so hohe Stromkosten. Unserer Meinung nach sollten diese Kosten wie ja auch die Endreinigungskosten bereits bei der Buchung mit einem ca. Wert angegeben werden, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann und dies mit einkalkulieren kann.

    Wenn es am Pool durch die Kinder etwas lauter war, wurde man von einem Nachbarn immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, man solle sich doch leiser verhalten. Dies ist allerdings sehr schwierig bei 6 Kindern, die viel Spaß miteinander im Wasser hatten.”
