Holiday apartment with a garden in a quiet residential area in Olbia, a short walk from the sea
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a duplex house, located in the ‘Pittulongu’ district, a quiet residential area in Olbia. It is surrounded by Mediterranean macchia and is just 100 metres from the sea.
The holiday apartment has a large living room, with a sofa, a fireplace, a dining table and a television. An archway leads through to a kitchen, equipped with an oven, a fridge and all the necessary crockery. Wooden stairs leads from the living room up to the open gallery floor, where there are two single beds and a small wardrobe. There are also a comfortable, well-furnished bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Outside there is a roofed veranda overlooking the large garden, where guests can enjoy meals outdoors. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests and is planted with fruit trees, which provide clean air and pleasant shade for spending the day outdoors. The apartment has a parking space on the private site.
The holiday apartment is ideal for those who would like to spend a quiet and relaxed holiday, whilst also enjoying the amenities and services that Pittulongu and the proximity of the centre of Olbia have to offer.
Nearby there are bars, a snack bar, a pizzeria, a fishmonger, a supermarket and a shopping centre, which are easy to get to.
