The holiday house is in Ratten in Styria, 3km from St. Kathrein. It is a big and comfortable holiday house that stands alone on the outskirts, in a quiet location, surrounded by forest and the river Feistritz .
The ground floor has a big living room with a sofa bed, a library, satellite TV, a video and DVD player. The big lounge has an open fireplace, a dining corner, a radio and stereo system. The kitchen-diner is equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine and also has a solid farmer’s table. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and a WC. The ground floor has under-floor heating. A sauna, a washing machine and a dryer are available. The rooms have comfortable sofa groups, a tasteful décor, beautiful pictures, stylish furniture and a wide-ranging library. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms and an open hallway with a children’s bed. The bedrooms are comfortably and tastefully furnished. There are also two toilets and a bathroom upstairs. The bathroom has a free-standing bath and a towel radiator. In summer another single room is available.
The big garden provides terrace furniture and deckchairs. The house has its own spring to the rear, with excellent drinking water quality.
