Holiday apartment with a lovely furnished veranda, in the old town centre of Lecce, near the major sights of the town
The apartment is on the second floor of a palazzo in one of the most famous streets of the town, just a few steps from Piazza Santo Oronzo and Piazza Duomo.
The apartment was completely refurbished in 2012 and is on two floors. It can accommodate up to four people. On the lower floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a large kitchen-diner with a dining area, and a bathroom. The sleeping area is on the upper floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. All the rooms are tastefully decorated and provide all the necessary amenities for your comfort: an LCD TV, air conditioning, its own heating system and wireless Internet connection.
The apartment has a furnished veranda, accessed from the kitchen-diner. It also has a balcony. The street in front of the palazzo has good parking options.
The apartment does not have a washing machine.
Owing to the central location in Lecce, the most important services such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a post office, banks, tobacco shop, supermarkets and other shops are within easy access. The whole centre of the ancient town is worth seeing, first of all the duomo, as well as numerous churches, squares, town gates, and the Roman theatre and amphitheatre. The sea is about 8km away.
