Quietly located holiday apartments with a shared garden

These holiday apartments are located in Pella (Alzo district), on the western shore of Lake Orta in the Piedmont region. The apartments are part of a quietly located, historic building that was recently renovated. The building is on a street with little traffic and is surrounded by parks and villas.

All apartments have free Internet access.

Outside there is a furnished garden with a barbecue, and a private car parking space is available. There is also a storage room for bicycles.

Near the holiday apartments you can find a grocery shop, a pharmacy and a bank. A few hundred metres away there are various sports options (tennis, indoor football). The lake in San Filiberto is just a few minutes’ walk away.

This holiday apartment is on the first floor and has a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed, and a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Two junior beds/cots and two highchairs can be provided free of charge. Wireless Internet access is available.

    “Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, gefällige Ästhetik. Die Architektin berücksichtigte bei der Renovation des seit zig Generationen im selben Familienbesitz seienden Hauses, dessen Ursprünge und ließ zeitgenössische Vorlieben einfließen: beispielsweise hell getünchtes Deckenholz, geölte, roh belassende Holzbretter am Boden. Die Räume sind hoch, was ein sehr angenehmes Raumklima schafft, auch bei hohen Temperaturen.

    In der Küche, ziehe ich Rührwerk aus Holz solchen aus Plastik vor. Messerliebhaber sollten die eigenen mitzunehmen, wenn viel gekocht werden soll ;-).

    Das Bad ist sehr schön mit kleinen Mosaikfliesen in rosa, ocker Tönen ausgekleidet, die Dusche ist hochwertig und es gibt sogar einen Haarfön! Praktisch nach einem Sommergewitter.

    Unsere Hündin liebte den Balkon, wo sie Dog-TV pflegte.

    Die Vermieterin war wirklich ein Engel und holte uns im Hafen von Pella ab. Zum Glück! Denn es gibt weder Ortsbusse, noch Taxi im Dorf und hoch nach Alzo mit Gepäck wäre dann doch ein "Bummer" gewesen. Auch ihre Stellvertreterin war äußerst freundlich. Die unten beschriebene Verschrobenheit bezieht sich auf Verkäufer, Kellnerinnen, Menschen auf der Strasse mit denen wir versuchten zu kommunizieren.”
