The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. In the kitchen there is also a washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning.
The bedroom with a double bed and the living room each have a balcony. There is a swimming pool (open from the beginning of April to mid-October, subject to weather conditions) for communal use. Near the swimming pool there is an area with a parasol, a table, chairs and a barbecue. A car parking space is provided.
