These two holiday apartments are located in San Zeno di Montagna (580 metres above sea level) and are about a five-minute walk from the centre. The apartments are in a quiet location, as they are not near the main road.

The holiday apartments were recently refurbished and each has a terrace, furnished with a parasol and a garden table. There is also a large fenced garden, where you can park your car. On the site there is a laundry room for shared use.

About 300 metres from the holiday apartments there is a dairy, where you can by local products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and mozzarella. There is a bakery about 500 metres from the apartments and a small supermarket about a kilometre away. Other larger supermarkets are about 7 km away, and about 400 metres away there is a restaurant/pizzeria with a great sea view. The beaches can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Starting from the apartments, you can also go on walks along various paths, the owner will be happy to provide you with route maps.

    “Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin kümmerte sich bei Bedarf um alles. Wir haben sogar mit der gesamten Familie (Vermieterin mit Mann und 2 Söhnen samt Anhang - ein Sohn ist mit einer Japanerin verheiratet und hat 2 sehr hübsche Kinder) einmal gegrillt und wurden auch einmal zu einem typischen italienischen Essen bei Ihnen eingeladen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das einzig negative war, dass ein Schlafzimmer doch etwas klein geraten ist und das TV nur italienische Sender empfing. So haben wir die Fußballübertragungen dann eben im Hotel des Dorfes angeschaut.”

    “Eine sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen und guten Zustand. Bettwäsche und Betten waren sehr sauber. Es gibt ein große Terrasse. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es im Hof mit einem Tor, das man zuschließen kann. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick gehabt. Nach 3 Minuten Laufweg hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf den Gardasee.”

    “Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, spricht jedoch nur italienisch.
    Sehr sauber. Wer Wert auf eine Kaffeemaschine legt wird leider enttäuscht.
    Möglichkeiten zum Kaffee kochen sind aber gegeben.
    Aufenthalt vor dem Haus ist möglich und sehr empfehlenswert, sehr ruhig gelegen, jedoch ohne Blick auf den See.”

    “Sehr sauber, nette Wohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieter, sehr ruhige Lage. Einzig die morgendlichen Gehgeräusche, die allzu früh durch die hellhörige Decke vom oberen Stock (Vermieter) ins Schlafzimmer dringen sind etwas störend. Aber man hat ja Urlaub und kann wieder einschlafen.”
