Duplex penthouse apartment with several terraces and a view of the coastal landscape

This duplex penthouse apartment was completed in 2014 and is in a unique location in El Cotillo, with a view of the sea, the stunning coastline and the historic "Castillo del Cotillo".

Both floors have south-facing terraces, which are protected from the wind, are exposed to the sun all day and, above all, offer a great view of the coast. On the lower floor you will find a large terrace, while on the upper floor, there are two terraces at your disposal. The main terrace offers a table for six people, loungers, and a sunshade. Parking possibilities are available directly in front of the door.

The 120 m² holiday apartment extends over two floors. on the lower floor there are two bedrooms - one of which is furnished with a double bed, while the second has two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower facility and a bidet, the kitchen, and the living room with its dining table can also be found on the lower floor. A third bedroom with a double bed and shower bath is located on the upper floor. The apartment furnishings are of high quality and maintained in dark wood. You will find marble floors throughout the whole house.

There are restaurants on the ground floor of the building, so you can go for a meal spontaneously and without long distances. Near the apartment, you will find a supermarket, a small harbour, a laundrette, the Los Lagos lagoon, which is well suited for children as well as a beach that is popular with surfers from all around the world.

The location with its open view offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday away from mass tourism, despite the proximity to the village centre - even without a mobile phone, tablet or computer. Use the free time in the coastal landscape and marvel at the incredible starry sky at night with no light pollution. After a short time, you will notice the benefits of the stress-free atmosphere. No shopping malls and neon signs - only nature and a view into the distance that will relax the senses.
