Wooden house in the mountains with a loggia and rustic charm

The chalet is a wooden house with a basement with a charming décor and about 117m² of living space, in the midst of nature in a very quiet location.

It comprises a basement, ground floor and upper floor. The house has wood-fired central heating. The ground floor is accessed through a roofed loggia. Internal stairs lead down to the basement and upstairs. The basement has a wood storage room and boiler room. The entrance area provides a ski boot warmer, a fridge and garden loungers. The barbecue, sledges and various rackets are also kept in the wood storage room.

The ground floor comprises a kitchen-diner, a living room, a shower and a separate WC. The generous kitchen-diner provides a kitchen unit, a wood-burning stove, a stereo system, a microwave, a double induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, grill and so on. It has an adjoining pantry. The living room provides a modern suite, a big flatscreen TV with a digital satellite receiver, shelving with games and books, and a nest of tables. The two big bedrooms are upstairs, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a double sofa bed (150 x 190cm) and built-in cupboards. Upstairs there is also a separate WC with a washbasin.

The loggia has a teak wood seating group. There is another big wood seating group by the house, along with a wooden bench.

There are shops and a restaurant 1000 metres away.

    “Einfach alles perfekt Positiv: Die Ausstattung der Hütte war mehr als komplett. Besonders die Sauberkeit der Hütte und der Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck usw) möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Negativ: Da gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden”

    “Gute Lage abseits vom Ort, fast ganz alleine (nur ein Haus kurz davor, leicht unterhalb), sehr ruhig und mit Grundstückzufahrt ausreichend abseits von zwei öffentlich befahrbaren Almstraßen.
    Ausstattung und Einrichtung sauber und umfangreich.”

    “Ein tolles, uriges, einfach ausgestattetes und gemütliches Ferienhaus, in dem alles wie beschrieben vorhanden war. Alles war da, was wir gebraucht haben, ohne (für uns) unnötigen Luxus. Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Päry-Hütte. Vor Allem haben wir die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Ein rundum toller Urlaub, wir können die Hütte und den Ort 100% weiter empfehlen.”
