This authentic Dalmatian stone house is in an ideal location for a seaside holiday, less than 50 metres from the blue Adriatic sea in the picturesque little village of Petrcane, to the north-west of Zadar in the sunny south of Croatia in northern Dalmatia (only 10 minutes driving to Zadar).Traditional Dalmatian house with three fully-equipped areas, a roof terrace, small swimming poole and a rustic stone grill in the enclosed outdoor area

The rustic and comfortable holiday house provides three fully-equipped living spaces on two floors and can accommodate a total of 14 people, for sleeping. The new thing is a swimming pool in Your private area. The ground floor has a living and sleeping rooms (summer kitchen and resting room) in old cellar dalmatian rustic authentic style. At the first floor there are sleeping rooms, living room, two kitchens, 3 bathrooms (all the double beds in the house measure 160 x 200cm (except one double bed which is 200x200 cm)) . The upper floor has a studio for two with a small kitchen, bathroom and a small outside area. Next to it is an apartment, two sleeping rooms, living room, separate kitchen, two spacious bathrooms. The ground floor has one sofa bed for two people measure 160x200 and in sleeping cellar two bunk beds 140x200, so each one is for two persons. Outside downstairs and upstairs there is wooden dining table with matching benches. The summer kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with a two-zone electric hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Upstairs there are also two fridges, cooking equipment ... There is a lot of free space outside the apartment. Near the outside grill there is a big table outside and now in making is a small swimming pool. The bathroom on the ground floor is new also the floors. Wifi, of course. Bed linen and towels are provided and a washing machine. There is also a tv.

The house in its entrance is like a Portuguese stile. You enter on a square area with a small swimming pool and a big table with a grill by side. Then You have a house with tree separate units which can be used for 14 people or three parties, family of 2 or 3, friends ... Its possible to lock the areas separatly and to hang together in the square area. There is also a terrace for the first floor area next to the studio. Its a very spacious house with a lot of outdoor space as inside. There is also plants which make a beautifull shade.

The person who welcome guests in our house is living nearby and is happy to assist with any questions about surroundings: beaches, transport, eating outside, parties, water sports, children fun and activities. Your pet is also welcome but it's forbiden for animals to sleep or lie on beds and sofas.

Studio: The living room on the upper floor opens directly onto a private roof terrace, where you can sit under a blue sky. In this space, you have double bed for sleeping ( 200x220 ), sofa for resting, little kitchen an beautiful spacey bathroom, Down in the enclosed outdoor area there is a sun terrace with a grill area, inviting you to enjoy leisurely evenings outdoor. Your holiday house is only about 50 metres from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. The nearest shops, a bakery, cafés and restaurants are in the centre of Percane in 15 - 100 metres away. It is about a 15-minute walk to the Falkenstein Resort, where you can use the communal pool. The historical and touristic harbour town of Zadar about 10km away is also worth a visit and for those who needs a bigger crowd.
