Modern holiday home with ocean views, quietly located in a small fishing harbour close to the beach

This detached holiday house, built in 2012, is quietly located in a small fishing harbour. It is surrounded by a garden.

From the living room, you can access the 16 m², southwest facing wooden patio, from where you can enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean. Especially the sunsets are simply breath-taking. The patio is furnished with a table and six chairs, two sun loungers, two armchairs and a sun shade. The property is enclosed, making it suitable for children and dogs and offers two parking spaces. You will also find a patio in the garden. It is also furnished with a table, two benches, a sun shade, sun loungers, armchairs and a barbecue.

The town centre, where you can find shops and restaurants is about two kilometres from the property. The beach is 300 meters from the house.

The modern and comfortably furnished 100 m² house can accommodate up to six people. The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm). The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90cm) and a child's cot. The bathroom boasts a bathtub and a level access shower. Additionally, there are two separate toilets and a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer and cupboards. The large and bright living area (35 m²) on the first floor offers gorgeous ocean views. It consists of a sitting area with leather sofas, the dining area and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances. Each room has a radiator. Upon your arrival the beds will be prepared and towels are at your disposal.

    “Ein Ferienhaus wie im Katalog beschrieben, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Empfang durch das Vermieterehepaar war sehr herzlich.
    Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, sehr gepflegt und tadellos sauber.
    Von der Terrasse im ersten Stock hatten wir einen weitläufigen Blick auf die umliegenden Häuschen, in Teilen auf das Meer und Camaret-sur-Mer.
    Umgeben ist das Haus von einem schönen, gepflegten Garten, wie beschrieben komplett eingezäunt und von unserem Hund gerne für einen kleinen Wettlauf mit dem Nachbarshund genutzt.
    Es ist ein Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns vom ersten Augenblick wohl fühlten. Wir können es gute Gewissens weiter empfehlen.”

    “Ein einmaliges Ferienhaus - äußerst geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und dezent dekoriert, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte, sehr gepflegt und tadellos sauber. Wunderschöne Terrasse im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die umliegenden Dorfhäuschen, das Meer und sogar ein bisschen auf das Örtchen Camaret. Umgeben von einem herrlich bepflanzten Garten, uneinsehbar von den Nachbargärten aus, und von unserem Hund, da komplett eingezäunt, begeistert genutzt.
    Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam und vollkommen unkompliziert. Es ist ein Ferienhaus, in dem man sich absolut wohl fühlen und entspannen kann.”

    “Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Haus. Super nette Vermieter. WLAN ist zwar noch nicht vorhanden, lässt sich aber über den nahen Campingplatz La Grand Lage lösen. Perfekt mit Hund!”

    “Alles was aanwezig wat je maar kon bedenken. Handdoeken, lakens. Zelfs voor de allerkleinsten was er alles voorzien, zoals: babybed met bijhorende lakens, kinderstoel, kinderbordjes en bestek, babybadje.

    De ligging is er eentje met een mooi uitzicht op de zee, met een paar honderd meter verder een mooi zandstrand. De prijs is het zeker waard, wat je betaald voor een zeer proper huis met alles erop en eraan. De verhuurders zijn ook zeer vriendelijke mensen. Ze spreken wel geen Engels zoals vermeld op de website.”
