Two holiday apartments with their own terrace and a shared pool, very close to the Vale Centianes beach


These two holiday apartments with a separate entrance are on the first floor of a white villa. They are just a few minutes’ walk from the fine sandy beach at Vale Centianes. Shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.

Both apartments have their own furnished terrace with a sea view. There is also a shared pool that you can cool off in on hot summer days. The pool has convenient entrance steps and there are loungers around it for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a brick-built grill, so you can grill in the evenings. Private parking spaces are available.

The apartments do not have air conditioning. You can use the Internet connection free of charge. Transfer can be ordered only from/to Faro airport.

It is only about a three-minute walk to the small but exquisite sandy beach at Vale Centianes. Elongated stone stairs lead down to the beach, which is also serviced. Within 100 metres you can find restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries.

Apartment in Carvoeiro with Common Pool

The 60m² apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 180cm), a big living room-kitchen with a sitting area, a dining space and an open kitchen with a counter, equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath and a toilet.

The apartment has its own furnished terrace. Parking spaces are available.
We have CCTV outside the apartment.
The swimming pool is open in the summer.

After one week, there is a cleaning service and towels and bed linen are changed.

    “Enigzins gedateerde inrichting ,maar daar hebben wij geen problemen mee. Terras was uitstekend. Positiv: Zeer goede gastvrouw Restaurant: Helders - Goed en prijsgunstig. Aardige bediening Ausflüge: Boottocht naar grotten. 1 uur. - Geweldige trip.”

    “Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung nicht wieder buchen. Alles sehr alt, das Bett ist nur 1,40m breit, so eng haben wir schon lange nicht mehr geschlafen und unser Rücken hat sehr weh getan. Dann die Sache mit dem nicht einmal ausschlafen können störte uns einfach zu sehr. Das nächste mal geben wir lieber mehr Geld aus und haben dadurch mehr Komfort. Positiv: Nette freundliche Vermieterin, hilft einem bei Fragen weiter und hat uns alles super erklärt. Negativ: Das schlimmste war der Hund des Vermieters, er bellt ständig, am nervigsten ist es aber morgens. Zwischen 06:00 Uhr und 07:00 Uhr fängt er an zu bellen, da die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat und wir mit offenen Fenster geschlafen haben, hat er uns jeden Morgen geweckt :( Und das im Urlaub, wo man gerne mal ausschläft. Das bellen ist sehr aggressiv und laut und geht dann auch mal eine halbe Stunde am Stück. Der Hund hört nicht auf seinen Besitzer und dieser findet es ehr noch witzig anstatt den Hund zu erziehen. Der Pool war nicht unser Fall, die Vermieter haben dort direkt ihre Wohnung und die Terrasse. Der Pool-Bereich müsste schöner gestaltet werden, es wirkt nicht einladend.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Die Möbel sind etwas älter, aber gerade das hat uns gefallen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nette Leute, aber sprechen leider nur Portugiesisch. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick und einen Pool mit Salzwasser, das alles hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Gaststätten und der Supermarkt sind in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Ganzen können wir sagen, dass der Urlaub sehr schön war.”
