Large holiday home furnished in a modern way with a large garden, pool and children’s play area for the whole family

The spacious and beautifully furnished holiday home has 350 m² of living space over two floors on a 1,100 m² property. It is located in beautiful surroundings with a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. The property is located in an exclusive residential complex in Valldemossa, a small mountain village in the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The holiday home is secured by an alarm system, is suitable for up to ten people and has five bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m), one has a sofa bed for two people, one bedroom has a bunk bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m each) and the fifth bedroom has three single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). One of the bedrooms with a double bed also has a fireplace, a dressing room and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. All five rooms have windows overlooking the garden and the cliffs. There are also three bathrooms, all of which are equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. The spacious living room is divided into a living and dining area by a central fireplace, which provides warmth for cooler days. From this room, you have a great view of the pool area through the large windows to. The dining area has a table and six chairs for communal meals. The living room also has a sofa, a TV with satellite connection and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and a coffee machine. In addition, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning and heating can also be used. WLAN is also available to you on site.

Outside there is a large pool where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing, along with a roofed verandah and a dining area. The (chlorinated) pool was constructed in Roman style, measures 10 x 5 metres and has a maximum depth of 2.2 metres. In the garden, there is also an outdoor shower, a grill/barbecue and a sun terrace. There is a small playground for the little ones - with swings, a slide and a playhouse. A garage is also to you available during your stay. The property is fenced, so can let your four-footed friend run around in the garden without a care.

The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and relaxing walks. There are various routes through the mountain villages in the nearby surroundings. The city of Palma is about 12 km away, so a visit to the Majorcan capital by car is no problem, and is highly recommended. A short drive away, you can also visit places such as Valldemossa, Banyalbufar, Deia, Esporles and Galilea. The village where the holiday home is located, has all the amenities, such as supermarkets, tapas bars, restaurants serving local cuisine, cafes with outdoor terraces, a health centre, a pharmacy, banks and a post office. A football pitch and tennis courts can be found there as well. The holiday home is located 3 km from the beach and 2 minutes’ walk from the village of Valldemossa.

    “Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Mallorca wünschen kann. Die Außenanlagen inklusive des Pools sind alle bestens in Schuss. Die Vermieterin hat super Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge und war immer erreichbar für uns. Das ist so nicht immer zu erwarten. Einzig die Duschen waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im unteren Bad gab es aber zu jeder Zeit ausreichend warmes Wassers mit gutem Wasserdruck.”

    “Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend, ruhig gelegen, jedoch ist man mit dem Auto schnell in der wunderschönen Stadt Valdemossa. Das Ferienhaus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Rustikal, gemütlich ausgestattet. Die große Küche hat uns super gefallen, es fehlte nichts. Das Highlight ist aber der schöne Außenbereich mit dem Pool. Besonders die überdachte Lounge für schattige Momente oder gemütliche Abende. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden.”

    “Prachtig landhuis, mooier in werkelijkheid dan op foto. Alles in huis om het verblijf aangenaam en comfortabel te maken. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en helpen waar ze kunnen. Er is airco in een paar kamers, waar niet is er een ventilator die in volle zomer onvoldoende afkoelt. Voor de rest is deze woning een aanrader op alle gebied. Het vakantiehuis ligt op ongeveer 4 km van het dorp verwijderd en het is er heel rustig.”

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen gepflegten Ortsteil. Das Haus ist so schön wie die Fotos versprechen, wenn nicht schöner. Alle Räume sind wohnlich und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Die Ausstattung ist großartig - wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders hervorheben möchte ist den Außenbereich mit Pool, Ess-, Sitz-, und Ruhebereich. Es ist fantastisch dort zu Sitzen, zu lesen, zu kommunizieren und am Abend gemeinsam draußen zu essen. Der Pool wurde schon vor dem Frühstück gerne als Wachmacher genutzt. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann haben uns sehr nett in das Haus eingeführt und über die Woche hin Kontakt zu uns gehalten. Ohne sie hätten wir nach der späten Ankunft hungrig zu Bett gehen müssen. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön für ihr Engagement. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.”
