Holiday apartment with terrace and pool

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac road, in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Kaštel, district Vižinada. The holiday apartement is located on a 734 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner IST UMA 110 and IST UMA 111 (each for 4 persons) and IST UMA 112 (5 persons) are located in the same building. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 6 m, depth 1.5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to mid of October. Pool water without chlorine.
