Detached holiday cottage with a swimming pool, satellite TV and internet, not far from the sea


This very well maintained holiday cottage is located in a quiet residential complex in the small town of Begur, some 100 km northeast of Barcelona.

The holiday cottage is set on a 850 m² plot of land with a swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m). In 2004, it was completely renovated and tastefully furnished. The ground floor hosts the generous living-/dining area (32 m²) with a fireplace, satellite TV, W-Lan and access to the covered terrace. Right next to the living area you will find the fully equipped open plan kitchen (with dishwasher, ceran cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle). The kitchen also has access to the terrace with a summer kitchen and there is a small bedroom on the ground floor. From the living room three steps lead to the other two bedrooms and to the two bathrooms.

The three bedrooms are equipped as follows: the downstairs bedroom has a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m) with built-in wardrobe and one of the upstairs bedrooms has a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m), built-in wardrobe and its own bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The second upstairs bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). The upstairs floor also features a shower bathroom with a toilet.

In front of the house there is the large terrace with a swimming pool, outdoor shower and summer kitchen area with a stone barbecue. Plenty of garden furniture, sun shades and loungers are available.

Please note that pets are not allowed in July and August.

The holiday cottage is secured by an alarm system and the garage has electric roller doors. A hedge fence and electric gate shield the property from onlookers. Gas central heating provides warmth during the cold winter months.

4.5 km away from the quiet and green residential complex you will find fine sandy bays, which you can reach by car or by bicycle. The medieval town centre is only 1.5 km away and here you can enjoy strolling through the small alleys in the evenings or visit one of the open air concerts that take place during the summer months. The nearest restaurants are approx. 800 m away and a supermarket is 1.2 km away from your cottage.

    “Gewoon prachtig! Ideaal voor 6 personen. Rustig gelegen in een woonwijk. Ruim. Alle comfort is aanwezig. Alles is perfect onderhouden. Zeer hygiënisch. Het zwembad wordt 2x per week gereinigd.
    Voldoende en comfortabele ligstoelen aan het zwembad. Plaats voor minstens 2 auto's.
    Eén minpuntje: geen airco. Er zijn wel 2 grote ventilators aanwezig.”
