Quietly situated holiday house in the red wine paradise on the Ahr, ideal for hikes on the red wine hiking trail

The holiday house classified as four-star is in Rech in the red wine paradise by the Ahr. It is right in the centre, but on a quiet side street with just three residents, without through traffic.

The little vintner house has a living room on the ground floor with satellite TV and a radio-CD player, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining corner. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed (with two mattresses each measuring 90 x 200cm), and a bathroom with a shower and WC on the upper floor.

There is a furnished terrace in the interior courtyard.

There is a parking space by the house. The interior courtyard cannot be looked into, but is not closed off. The owners’ house is on the same site, where you can use the washing machine and dryer on request. A bicycle service, junior bed and highchair, bus and train transfer, drinks service, bread rolls service are available. If the weather is inclement, you can treat yourself to a massage, lymph drainage, sauna, sunbed, medicinal pedicure etc, as there is a massage practice with a sauna in the owners’ house, which you can make use of for a fee.

No matter what season you would like to take a holiday in, the holiday house in combination with this unique wine-growing landscape provides an ideal setting, whether you are enjoying the cosy atmosphere of the little holiday house, listening to the babbling of water on the terrace adorned with flowers with a glass of red wine, or using the house as a starting point for hikes e.g. on the red wine hiking trail, going on cycle tours or using the Ahrtalbahn.

    “Geen privacy buiten. Terrasje ligt aan doorgang met andere bewoners/eigenaars in de straat. Voor de rest een prima, goed verzorgd en gezellig huis.”

    “es handelt sich nicht um eine Durchgangsstrasse sonderm um einen offenen Hof. Wir wohnen selber auf dem hinteren Teil des Grundstücks und müssen an der Sitzgruppe vorbei.”
