Villa St. Anna is a comfortable modern house located on the edge of the village Ribari in central Istria, 7 kilometres from the picturesque town St. Lovreča and 11 km from the sea.
The house was built in 2013, situated on a large enclosed property of 2000 sqm where provides for its guests the following outdoor facilities: an outdoor swimming pool with sun beds, a barbeque, a variety of games for children and a covered parking for three cars.

It consists of a ground floor where is a spacious living room with leather sitting furniture and a dining room, kitchen and exit to a covered terrace, three sir-conditioned double bedrooms with double beds, bathroom/toilet with one bath and one shower, separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed, shower/toilet and balcony.
