Burladingen 12km away is known for its textile processing factories such as the company Trigema. The caves in Sonnenbühl and Lichtenstein are limestone caves with old skeletons of brown bears. Guided tours take place regularly during the warm season. Lichtenstein Castle the Wimpsener cave, Burg Hohenzollern near Hechingen are all attractive trip destinations within 15-60 minutes by car. The region also has culture to offer. Lindenhof Theatre, the Car Museum in Erpfingen and the Easter Egg Museum in Sonnenbühl invite you to pay a visit. The summer luge, a rope climbing park and a leisure park for children also ensure plenty of entertainment for the youngest guests. The Alb landscape itself with its special flora such as gentian and orchids invites you to go on walks, hikes and cycle tours. The beautiful Lautertal is easy to get to by car.
