This lovely annex includes a well equipped terrace for outdoor meals and is only 200m from the Pozzarello beach in Porto S. Stefano. The accommodation is situated in a corner of the garden in front of the owner’s main villa and offers, thanks to a hedge which separates the accommodation from the rest of the common garden, a good level of privacy. Parking is also available at the property. Experienced walkers can also reach the characteristic center of Porto S.     “Das Häüschen befindet sich in einem schönen Garten, der durch einen hohen Zaun und ein elektronisch betätigtes Eisentor gesichert ist. Die sehr netten und unaufdringlich hilfsbereiten Eigentümer wohnen ebenfalls in ihrem Haus auf dem Grundstück.
    Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, wir haben lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst und haben uns mit Necafe beholfen. Ein typisch italienischer Espressokocher ist vorhanden.
    Im Aussenbereich befinden sich drei gemütliche Sitzgruppen, die man je nach Sonnenstand nutzen kann.
    Sonnenliegen waren nicht vorhanden, wir haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt.
    Ausser der Gebühr für Endreinigung hat Sandro keine weiteren Nebenkosten berechnet.
    Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl und auch sicher gefühlt.”
