Cosy holiday apartment with a terrace facing south, an ideal starting point for trips around Bretagne

The apartment is at ground and garden level. The sunny apartment was freshly renovated in 2014 and has been comfortably and largely newly furnished. The three rooms are spacious and light. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm). The bathroom has a shower. As is often the case in France, the toilet is in a separate room. Shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer are at your disposal. The cosy living room has a sofa bed, a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, electric and gas rings, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a dining table for up to four people in the kitchen.

The holiday apartment is on a quiet street, on the ground floor of the owner’s house, and has its own separate entrance.

All the rooms have gas central heating. The owner can provide a complete baby set with a cot, highchair, baby bath and changing table. The use of the wireless Internet connection is included in the rental price. You can use the owner’s washing machine and dryer in the adjacent laundry room at a supplementary charge.

The holiday apartment is about 12km from the sea and the beaches, and a five-minute drive from the town centre of St. Brieuc. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, cafés and shops. The centre of Ploufragan is about a five-mintue walk away. The location of the apartment between St. Malo and Perros-Guirec is also ideal as a starting point for trips around Bretagne. It is recommended to visit the Cap d’Erquy and Cap Fréhel, as well as the famous seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André or the famous pink granite coast.

The kitchen opens onto the south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy a typical French breakfast in the morning with croissants and can sunbathe during the day. A deckchair is provided. There is a darts board affixed to a tree. You can park your car in front of the site, as it is on a quiet cul-de-sac. If you have a small car then there is a small parking space available in the interior courtyard.
