Holiday house with a garden and terrace near the beach
The holiday house is on the edge of the big nature reserve “Conservatoire du Littoral” on the Atlantic coast, in a quiet location on the outskirts of the little town of Saint-German-sur-Ay-Plage and very close to the beach (400 metres).
The 120m² holiday house flooded with light, with many big windows, is suitable for seven people and is on two floors, comprising three bedrooms, an open living and sleeping room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a laundry room. The ground floor has an entrance area, a big living room area, a bathroom with a WC and shower, a storage room with a washing machine and a fridge-freezer. The big living room area consists of an open kitchen, a dining space and a sitting corner with a TV with digital channels, a home cinema, a selection of books etc. and a little stove for making yourself comfortable. The modern open kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge. The first floor has three bedrooms, accessed via the open living room with a sofa bed for two people (140 x 190cm) and three armchairs, as well as the second bathroom with a WC and shower. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm), the second also has a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a cot, as well as a changing table, and the third has a single bed (90 x 190cm). These two bedrooms have big floor-to-ceiling windows.
The roof windows afford a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and the dunes. All rooms have electric radiators. Wireless Internet access is available on request.
A cot, a changing table and a highchair are available for young families if request.
The house is on an enclosed site of around 650m² with a lovely view of the dunes from the nearby beach. Garden furniture and deckchairs are provided, stored in a little garden house on site. The house has three private car parking spaces. Two adult bicycles (not new) are available for use.
There is a nudist beach within walking distance. The nearest sandy beach is about 400 metres away, the nearest grocery shop about 500 metres. There are restaurants and cafés in the nearby locality.
