Quietly located holiday flat with a balcony near the sandy beach

The spacious 90 m² holiday flat is located in the Mallorquin coastal resort of S'Illot, in a residential neighbourhood with ample parking and only about 100 meters from the beach. It is located on the first floor of a building, built in 1987.

This holiday flat offers three bedrooms, each equipped with a fan. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and the other two are furnished with two with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m and 1.05 m x 2.00 m). The bathroom boasts a bathtub, a hairdryer, a sink and a toilet. The spacious kitchen offers a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a dining table and a sofa and a television with satellite reception and a fireplace. A washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and upon request a child's cot and high chair are available.

The balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade and a barbecue, can be accessed from the living room.

Wireless internet access is available free of charge.

It is about 100 m to sandy beach and the ocean in S'Illot. Additional beaches are a bit further, such as Cala Morlanda und Cala Refelinos. In town, you can find numerous restaurants and bars and a bicycle rental agency. A supermarket is located on the same street as the apartment. The beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor, with their vibrant nightlife and shops, are also nearby. All in all, it is a perfect property for a relaxing beach holiday away from the noise of the bars and clubs.

    “Der var rent og pænt, alle faciliteter så som opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine.
    At det ikke er 5 huse skyldes, det var en meget varm lejlighed, soveværelserne var over 30 grader om natten uden afkølingsmulighed. 2 af værelserne på 34. Der var dog en blæsemaskine i alle 3 rum.
    Der var en dejlig stor terrasse, hvor alle måltider blev indtaget.
    Det var et lokalt område, hvilket vi syntes var dejligt, ikke turistghetto som lidt længere væk.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, schlicht nach Landestyp eingerichtet, aber alles in bester Ordnung. Die Wohnung war komplett eingerichtet es fehlte an nichts. Diese Wohnung ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhige Lage man konnte auf dem großen Balkon sehr gut entspannen obwohl ca. 700 Meter weiter der Strand mit seiner sehr schönen Promenade anfing. Die Darstellung auf der Angebotsseite entsprechen der Realität. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute und sehr zuvor kommend. Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder gerne mieten.”
