This holiday apartment awaits you in a central but quiet location in Oberhausen. The road the apartment is on is in the tranquil Lirich district very close to the centre of Oberhausen, the Neue Mitte and the Oberhausen-West motorway junction.

The furnishing is of a high standard and the whole apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in autumn 2013. The bedrooms are identical and have been furnished to a high standard by a hotel decorator, of course with an LED TV, a desk, a mirror and a wardrobe. The modern box spring beds (100 x 210cm) have very high-quality mattresses and can be set up either individually or as a double bed. The living room provides a comfortable sofa with an additional, comfortable bed function (sprung mattress) and a modern homely design with an LED TV, a stereo system with a CD/MP3 player and a USB port. Another highlight is the automatic room lighting with sensors. Apart from an LED HD TV with cable channels (70 TV and radio channels), a stereo system, wireless Internet access, electronic blinds and new soundproofed windows, this property provides many other amenities. The bathroom has a barrier-free shower, as well as a large bath with a shower attachment, a hairdryer, a makeup mirror, soap and shower gel, hand and bath towels. The kitchen is practically equipped for cooking, including a four-ring hob with a cooker hood and an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, pads coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and mixer, as well as plenty of tableware and cookware for five people.
The apartment has its own parking space. The owners also offer other services such as bathrobes, stocking the fridge, a drinks delivery service etc. on request. A pet is allowed for a small additional fee.
