The holiday apartment with a balcony and a shared pool in the garden is on the first floor of a private house in quiet surroundings in Zaton. It is just ten kilometres from the harbour town of Zadar.
In front of the living room there is a furnished balcony. You can also relax in the well-tended garden, which has a 25m² terrace, an outdoor barbecue, a volleyball court and a shared pool of 24m². You can sunbathe on the loungers by the pool. Parasols provide shade if required. Next to the pool there is also comfortable seating. There are parking spaces on the enclosed site.
The 80m² apartment has a separate entrance and can accommodate four people. It has a modern bathroom with a washbasin, shower, bidet and WC. The two bedrooms have a double bed (160cm wide) and two single beds (90cm wide). The spacious living room has a comfortable sitting area and a modern wall cupboard that houses the TV and the DVD player. Two steps lead from the living room into the adjoining open kitchen, which has a dining space for four people and a hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The living room and the kitchen have an air conditioning unit. Free wireless Internet access and satellite TV are also available.
It is only 50 metres to the nearest grocery shop. In the vicinity you can enjoy a range of sports, such as tennis or water sports. You can explore the region by bicycle or go on trips to the nearby Paklenica, Kornati and Krka national parks.
