Stay in a family-friendly, homely and modern non-smoking apartment
This apartment is in the centre of Bad Neuenahr, very close to the Ahr.
The modern, non-smoking apartmento f 75m² with three rooms provides plenty of comfortable space for up to four poeple. It has a cosy living room with a cupboard wall with a TV, DVD player, stereo system, and access to the balcony. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm, two mattresses each 90cm wide), and the fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen also has a dining table for four people. The bathroom is modern and is fitted with a shower, WC and big washbasin. It has plenty of storage space. The apartment also has a computer with free high-speed Internet access, a telephone for free calls to German landlines, and the living room and bedrooms all have satellite TV and free wireless Internet access.
The apartment has a balcony available for use.
It is 300-500 metres to restaurants and shopping facilities.

Unfortunately, extensive road construction work has now started in the area surrounding the apartment. This means that the house can only be reached by pedestrians on the street side. During the daytime from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., the construction work leads to noise pollution. This expressly does not apply to the evening times or weekends. There is no individual traffic at the moment, which makes it quieter overall. The parking lot belonging to the apartment is accessible and can be used free of charge.
