Holiday home with a pool and a patio and a private boule court

This exclusive Finca was built on 21.000 m² with utmost attention to quality and detail. It was first rented out in 2014. The access to the property is through an electric gate. You will feel right at home in this lovely, spacious property.

The spacious patio grants unobstructed views of the large 14 x 5 meter fresh water pool that is also heated in the cooler months via solarthermics. There is an outdoor shower. The property is ideal for children. The giant hammock for the whole family is a great place to hang out and relax. Enjoy a good book or a glass of wine here. The newly built professional boule court is also available for your enjoyment. Enjoy La Dolce Vita! For guests who would like to be even more active there is a professional table tennis table and a badminton net, both ideal for healthy outdoor activities. A carport for a car is available.

The entrance area leads to the open plan living and dining area with a professional kitchen. The kitchen offers a modern ceran stove, an oven, an exhaust hood, a freezer, a refrigerator and a bar with plenty of worktop counter space. A Phillips coffee machine (professional model) is available.The dining table for eight is ideal for enjoying a lovely meal. The adjacent living room offers a fireplace, which is especially comforting during the cooler months. The four double bedrooms offer privacy. The high end bedrooms have level access showers. The first bedroom is a master suite with an open dressing area and an additional sofa bed. The large dressing area and the master suite are on the top floor. The spacious patio on the top floor, accessible from two rooms, grants stunning views over the south of the island. You will feel comfortable year round, thanks to the air conditioning unit and the underfloor heating. The owner welcomes you to enjoy your stay here. A welcome gift awaits upon your arrival. Wi-Fi is available. The bedrooms are furnished as follows: master suite: 180 x 220 cm, bed 2: 150x 200 cm (romance room, top floor=, bed three: 180 x 200cm (top floor), bed 4: 180 x 200 (two single mattresses combined to make a double; in the downstairs bedroom). The Finca is heated with underfloor heating and the air conditioning unit if necessary. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
