Holiday flat by the sea with a balcony and a community pool

The 80 m² apartment is located on the north-western coast of Tenerife. Bajamar offers a comfortable climate year round and is not overrun by crowds of tourists.

Your apartment is located on the sixth floor of an apartment building, which was built in 2000. The flat offers two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed, the second one with a single bed. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a sink. The spacious living room is furnished with a dining table, a sofa and a television with satellite reception. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a microwave.

The living room grants access to the large balcony, from where you can enjoy stunning views over the ocean and the public salt water pool. It is furnished with outdoor furniture. The community pool is available for your enjoyment. There is also a parking space in the complex.

Adjacent to the building - at a distance of about 110 meters - is a salt water pool, which you can see from your balcony. The ocean is rather rough and offers ideal conditions for surfing. Shopping facilities can be found about 500 meters, cafes and restaurants about 250 meters from the property. It is 220 meters to the nearest bus stop and 5 km to the airport.

    “Das Haus mit der Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Meer, vom 6.Stock hat man vom Balkon aus einen wunderbares Panorama und beeindruckendes Meeresrauschen, jetzt Anfang März türmten sich natürlich eher graue Regenwolken in der Bucht von Bajamar. Die Wohnung ist aber geräumig genug,um es sich gemütlich zu machen.
