Holiday apartment on the ground floor, newly renovated in 2014
The recently completed Michel holiday house is in the Vorpommern-Rüge region in the tranquil little village of Vorland.
The house offers its guests a 65m² apartment on the ground floor with three rooms, for two adults and two children. It has two bedrooms accessed along the respective hallways, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The living room-kitchen with a view of the orchard is fully-equipped with a stove and oven with a cooker hood, a dishwasher, microwave, a big fridge and ample crockery and cookware, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and mixer. The living room has a 32” LCD TV, a DVD player and a stereo system, as well as a fireplace stove that exudes cosiness and pleasant warmth on cold days. The shower room with a washbasin and a big shower (120 x 80cm) and toilet also has a washing machine.
Garden furniture, a little pool and a big trampoline await you in the big orchard.
The house is in the triangle between Stralsund and Greifswald (each 35km away) and 40km from Darß or the island of Rügen. The proximity to the Baltic Sea coast and the beautiful landscape with extensive forests and cycle paths offer plenty to explore, pleasantly rresh air and the opportunity to really switch off. There are shopping facilities and a restaurant 12km away.
