Villa with a covered patio, a garden and a pool

The villa is located on a hill and offers stunning views of the mountains and the village. If the sky is clear, you can see the see as well. The house offers peace and privacy, yet the village is on walking distance. It is a unique location and the views can almost not be topped.

Outside, you will find a covered terrass with a comfortable sitting area and a dining table. Additionally, there are large terrasses by the pool and at the east side of the house. Of course, outdoor furniture and sun loungers are available. There is also seating accommodation in the inner courtyard by the fountain. You have an electriv barbecue to your disposal. Plenty of parking place is available.

Some of the highlights of this large and bright property are the modern furnishings, the covered terrass, the pool, the courtyard with the fountain and the accessibility to Sedella on foot. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a utility room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room offers seating accommodation, a fireplace, a satellite television and a CD/DVD player. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, an induction stove, a refrigerator, a combination microwave and a coffee maker. The two bedrooms are furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, nightstands and lamps. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The bathrooms offer a shower a toilet, a sink with under sink storage, a mirror and storage areas. On the second floor, there is another bedroom and another bathroom. These are locked as the owner uses these for storage. During your stay, the house is yours. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The entire ground floor, including the terrasses, courtyard, pool and garden comprises almost 4000 m². You can enjoy all of this space during your stay. The house is practically energy neutral thanks to a combination of sun panels and batteries.

The area is ideal for hiking. In town, accessible on foot, you will find a restaurant and a supermarket. It is about 30 minutes' drive to the ocean and the beach in Torre del Mar.

The property is accessible via a paved road. The house also offers a free wireless internet access, a washing machine and a high chair.

    “Bij aankomst een rondleiding door het huis van Caroline (de dame die ter plaatse de sleuteloverdracht regelt en het aanspreekpunt is). Het huis is heerlijk rustig gelegen en heeft een schitterend uitzicht. Service ter plaatse is ook goed geregeld. Wifi en satelliet tv werkte niet naar behoren, dit kwam door een storm van enkele dagen voor onze aankomst. In no time was er een monteur om het probleem op te lossen. Kortom een heerlijke plek voor mensen die van rust houden. Het huis heeft de beschikking over diverse terrassen. Dus ideaal voor het buitenleven. Combineer een dagje strand met de boodschappen. Tot de “bewoonde wereld” is het zo’n 3 kwartier rijden. In het huis staat een koelkast en nog een extra koel- vriescombinatie.”

    “Vakantiehuis is prachtig en compleet. Wel liepen we tegen wat kleine dingen aan, zoals zeer botte mesjes en schaar, slechte koekenpan en koffieapparaat wat niet lekker werkt. Maar dat valt in het niet bij het comfort en de idylle van het huis.”

    “Hartelijk dank voor uw positieve beoordeling. Ik zal de mesjes, de schaar en de koekepan vervangen. Het koffieapparaat is nog heel nieuw. Vullen met water is inderdaad wat onhandig. Met vriendelijke groet. Theo Henckens”

    “Zeer compleet huis met erg veel aandacht voor details. Van alle gemakken voorzien, op loopafstand (10 min) van dorpje Sedella. Groot genoeg zwembad, niet om baantjes te zwemmen maar wel om heerlijk af te koelen en te dobberen. Heerlijk terras waar vrijwel altijd een koel briesje door heen waait met prachtig uitzicht op het dorpje en/of de valei. Zeer complete keuken met alles wat je maar wenst, pantry met 2e koelkast en vriezer wat erg handig is. In alle kamers airco, ook in de woonkamer en keuken. Kortom: voorzien van alle mogeijke faciiteiten en gemak.”
