Apartment occupying the whole upper floor, with an open view of the mountains

This generous holiday apartment is quietly situated on the edge of Rettenberg, in the little Engelpolz area. You can go hiking, cycling, swimming here – everything that the Upper Allgäu has to offer.

The light and very spacious holiday apartment with a south-west-facing balcony and a view of the Allgäu mountains provides around 90m² of living space. It is an attic apartment in a detached two-family house, suitable for up to seven people. The centrepiece of the accommodation is the big living room flooded with daylight, with a comfortable corner sofa, an electric fireplace, a dining table and an open kitchen. The natural wooden kitchen provides everything you need, with a ceramic hob, oven and microwave, as well as a fridge and a little freezer compartment and dishwasher, plenty of crockery and glasses, pots and pans in different sizes, a mixer, coffee machine etc. You follow the hallway straight on to the fully-equipped bathroom. The two bedrooms are also light. The first has a double bed (two mattresses each 100 x 200cm) and a children’s bed. The other has two single beds (90 x 200cm), of which one can be pulled out to a width of 180cm. There is also an armchair bed.

The living room opens onto the balcony facing south-west, with balcony furniture. Up to three parking spaces are available on site.

The apartment was newly designed and modernised in 2014. The bathroom and living and dining room, as well as the hallway, have under-floor heating. Wireless Internet access is on request. The costs will be paid by the owner. The use of a washing machine is for a charge.

There are many ski resorts nearby. The house is within sight of the Grünten ski resort. The cross-country skiing trail is practically on the doorstep. It is about a kilometre to town with its cafés and restaurants.
