Holiday House in São João Das Lampas with Private Parking

The house is in the village of São João de Lampas, near the Magoito beach (about 2.5km away) and not far from the beautiful beaches to the west, such as Guincho, Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Maçãs, Azenhas do Mar, Aguda, Samarra, São Julião and Foz do Lizandro. House on two floors with a garden, in the Lisbon region, near the Sintra-Cascais nature reserve, about a 45-minute drive from Lisbon airport

The veranda provides access to the garden, where you can relax on the big lawn, children can play in the paddling pool and there are plenty of deckchairs. You can sit comfortably under a gazebo. Five bicycles are available for use. Two car parking spaces are provided.

The detached house was built 30 years ago and was recently restored, in order to bring it up to the requisite holiday house standards. Here you can enjoy the amazing weather, the peacefulness of the surroundings and the lovely beaches and breathtaking landscape. The 140m² two-storey villa has five bedrooms, of which four have a double bed and one has a single bed. Two of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the other three are on the upper floor. All of them are tastefully decorated and are light and inviting. The ground floor has a bathroom with a bath and WC. On the upper floor there is the second bathroom with a shower and WC. There is also a single bed in the upstairs hallway. The centrepiece of the house is the living room with an open fireplace, a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining area, with an adjoining kitchen equipped with all the basics, as well as a dishwasher. There is another kitchen in the garage.

Within 500 metres you can find restaurants, cafés and a minimarket/grocery shop. The short distance to the major tourist and cultural sights of the Lisbon region make this an ideal place for those who would like to explore this part of Portugal in their own time, such Serra de Sintra with the historical and charming village with the Pena Palace and the Moorish castle, symbols of the region itself. Distances: Sintra ca. 11 km, Cascais ca. 28 km, Estoril ca. 24 km, Ericeira ca. 19 km, Mafra ca. 22 km, Lisbon ca. 40 km.

    “Bardzo wygodny, czysty i elegancki dom. Gospodarze bardzo gościnni (przywitali nas miejscowym winem i ciasteczkami) i pomocni (pokazali co jest w okolicy, gdzie zakupy, itd.). Dom posiadał wszystko co potrzeba na urlopie. Cena dość wysoka, ale za komfort się płaci. Mogę z czystym sumieniem go polecić.”

    “Zeer mooi huis met alle comfort. Gastvrije ontvangst door de eigenaar.Van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon mooi meubilair goeie bedden.Wasmachine, vaatwasser en binnen bbq aanwezig. Je hebt wel een auto nodig omdat het huis ver van de winkels, restaurants en strand ligt.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Vermieter haben uns empfangen und mit guten Informationen versorgt. Für fünf Sterne hat es dennoch nicht gereicht. Die vor dem Haus verlaufende Straße hat zwar nur mäßigen Verkehr; wir wurden aber insbesondere frühmorgens durch die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge gestört.”
