Spacious holiday apartment with a balcony, in a very good location with a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains

This spacious holiday apartment is on the third floor of a four-storey building with a lift and affords a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. The bi advantage of the apartment is its excellent location near a shopping centre and restaurants, bars, shops and a fitness centre.
The apartment of a high standard and in a classical style provides 140m² of space for four people. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (165 x 195cm) with two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a dresser with a mirror. The adjoining en-suite bathroom has a bath, WC, washbasin and a big illuminated mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 195cm) with a bedside table, a wardrobe and a dresser. The second bathroom has a shower, a WC and a washbasin with a big illuminated mirror. The built-in kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine. There is also a spacious living and dining room. The sitting area consists of a sofa, two armchairs and a TV (cable TV). In front of it there is a dining table for six people. The windows have double glazing. The apartment does not have heating or air conditioning. There is a free high-speed wireless Internet connection.

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. It affords a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains behind it. Two parking spaces are available in the underground garage in the basement of the building. The building is fitted with the latest security technology.

Owing to the very good location, there are shops and leisure facilities, such as a shopping centre, restaurants, bars and a fitness centre in the immediate vicinity. Nearby there are also natural cliff pools that you can swim in all year round, as well as the beautiful beach promenade, inviting you to go for morning and evening strolls.

Cleaning:

Prestigious area, quiet, easy access, fully flat and close to the beaches of preserved, Formosa, Lido and Ponta Gorda. Hot spot, with plenty of sunshine all year round (here we don’t know what winter is!) with good restaurants and all the trade in general.

Restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, gym and health club. Near natural rocky swimming pools of the Atlantic, where one can swim all year around and the fabulous Promenade for very nice morning or evening walks.
