Holiday house near the beach with terrace and sea view
This is a holiday house ideally suited to groups. It is on a holiday complex between Villasimius and Cagliari and is just 500 metres from the beach.
It can accommodate five people. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. It also has a bathroom with a bidet, shower and WC and a bedroom with a double bed. The first floor has a bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet. There is no WiFi, but the owner wants to draw attention to the fact that there will be no roaming charges for all EU citizens from June 2017 to surf in Italy.
Two parking spaces are available and there is a terrace with a grill and a sea view.
There are shops 300 metres away and cafés and restaurants 500 metres away.
