This lovely house is located in one of the best areas of Ibiza, Can Pep Simó. A luxury area, elevated a few kilometers from Ibiza Center, 7 minutes walk from Talamanca beach, 5 minutes from Destino Pacha and 7 minutes by car from the seaport.

Living-dining room with table for 6-8 people, television, Wi-Fi, fireplace, exit to a large terrace with sofa and sun loungers to enjoy the views of the sea and the city of Ibiza.

1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Exit to the terrace with sea views.

Swimming pool with hammocks, parasols and chill-out. Outdoor dining area with table for 8 people and barbecue. Completely fenced. Parking for 3 cars.
