Five holiday apartments and a studio on a pretty little holiday complex very close to the beach, with a shared terrace


The five holiday apartments and a studio are on a tasteful complex with a private and relaxed atmosphere. The beach and the sea are very nearby and within easy walking distance, as well as the town centre of Villers sur Mer for strolling or shopping. So you can leave your car parked.

The complex provides a total of six apartments to let, in two buildings facing each other built in 1929, arranged around a beautiful shared terrace of 100m². The apartments were carefully renovated in 2012. There is a central entrance for all the apartments, then stairs leading to a two-room apartment and a studio on the first floor, and other stairs leading via a shared balcony to three two-room apartments. The sixth apartment is on the ground floor.

The apartments are of different sizes, but are all for four people, apart from the ground-floor apartment. They all have a cooking corner with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and microwave, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Each also has a dining table with four chairs. The bedrooms and living rooms have electric radiators. Wireless Internet access and satellite or cable TV are available in all apartments.

The apartments are arranged around a shared terrace with beautiful greenery and various garden furniture suites, deckchairs, a grill, parasols and awning, inviting you to sit and relax. The big potted plants create an idyllic atmosphere. You can park free of charge on the public car park about 30 metres from the house.

The nearest sandy beach and the sea are only about 200 metres away and so within easy walking distance. The town centre of the pretty little town, with restaurants, bars, shops, grocery shops and bakeries etc. is only about 150 metres away.

The studio of around 27m² is on the first floor, together with a two-room apartment, and can accommodate four people. There is a loft bed (140cm wide) for two people, with a double sofa bed below it (140cm wide). Opposite there is a little dining table with four chairs, and there is a cooking niche to the right in the corner next to the loft bed. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and WC. There are electric radiators.

You can enjoy meals outdoors on the shared terrace in the interior courtyard with greenery, or else barbecue or relax in a deckchair and enjoy the sun.

    “Il n'est prévue aucune place de stationnement pour la location, en plus le Week-end de la fête de la Saint-Jacques impossible de bouger sa voiture sous peine de ne pas retrouvé de place. Il faut donc se trimballé les bagages à pied, plus monté un étage. Il y avait de la place dans la coure pour stationner le temps de décharger les bagages, ben non!! débrouille toi!! Positiv: La proximité de la mer à pied. Calme. Negativ: Gros problème de stationnement et location au 1er étage. Ausflüge: Ballade en bord de mer et sur le marché. - Centre ville agréable.”

    “Einfache Ausstattung. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen geeignet, zu viert vielleicht mit kleinen Kindern, aber nicht für 4 Erwachsene. Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis ok. Optimal ist die Nähe zum Strand- und Ortskern, nur einige hundert Meter. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung der Umgebung und der umliegenden Orte, Städte und Strände der Normandie. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Supernette Vermieter am Objekt, die auch Englisch sprechen.”
