This wonderful holiday home, originally a brickworks dating back to the early 20th-century, is located in one of the most picturesque landscapes of Tuscany, the Crete Senesi.

It’s between Asciano (10km) and Sinalunga (9km), two stunning medieval villages. Nearby Rapolano (15 minutes driving), instead, is renowned for its thermal baths.

In a quiet place, surrounded by a gorgeous countryside, abounding in olive trees, guests can enjoy and taste the organic food of the owner’s farm, in Asciano, where he produces vegetables, fruit, olive oil, as well as delicious truffles. Guests can also discover during their stay the colours and flavours of the Crete Senesi with wine and olive oil tasting, cooking lessons, and excursions on bike under the professional guide of Alessandro.

At guest’s disposal a large garden, a swimming pool (12x6 m, open from May to October, 1,10 to 1,50m deep), barbecue, table tennis and internet Wi-Fi. Recommendable excursions to Siena (40 km), Pienza (25km), Montepulciano (25km), Montalcino (35km). Nearest shops (8km) and restaurant at only 900 mt.

The house, 300 sq m, can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people and consists of 2 communicating apartments, on 2 floors. Both flats have access from the garden and have a wonderful covered terrace with terracotta tile flooring for al fresco dining with a view.

Ground Floor: large living room, with fireplace, with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen (gas hobs, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine). 3 double bedrooms (on request can be set up as twin; one of these is a huge double bedroom with access to the garden: a very characteristic room with two terracotta tile and stone walls that were part of the original furnace), one bathroom with tub and shower head, one bathroom fitted with shower.

Four steps lead down to another level where there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Access to the second terrace.

First mansard floor: 2 double bedrooms (on req. can be set up as twin), living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Facilities at guest’s disposal: Sat-TV, internet Wi-Fi, hair dryers, CD-DVD players, fans, 3 washing machines and mosquito screens.
