This spacious and functionally equipped holiday apartment is located not far from Iii. The apartment and the garden offer a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner Bay. The location offers many possibilities for a varied holiday. Iii is known as the nautical centre of the Opatija Riviera with the ACI marina, which offers a complete nautical service. In the centre of the town there is a large beach that has been awarded the "Blue Flag" and offers a variety of sports facilities in addition to sunbathing and swimming. Fans of active holidays will round off their stay with the numerous promenades and paths in the hinterland. The famous Lungomare promenade runs through the town, leading south from Opatija to Lovran. Nearby Opatija is the centre of the Riviera. Once a famous health resort, it is now a popular wellness and health tourism centre for tourists from all over the world. In Opatija you will discover interesting town architecture that is a legacy of the Austro-Hungarian period. One of them is the Villa Angiolini, which houses the Museum of Tourism. The view of the city is complemented by Opatija's famous parks and gardens, which certainly include Angiolina Park, St. James Park, Margarita Park and the American Gardens, a magnificent park that stretches over eight thousand square metres and is a green oasis of peace in the midst of the city crowds with a unique view of Kvarner. Enjoy a diverse cultural, entertainment and gastronomic offer. Opatija is the centre of cultural events, including numerous concerts and festivals in the summer.
