Holiday apartment, with a panoramic view

This house is just 450 metres from the beach and just a kilometre, a few minutes’ walk, from the historical centre of the town of Senj.

The comfortably furnished apartment on the lower floor has a living room (20m²), with a suite, flatscreen TV and dining table. The kitchen unit comprises a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, two each have a double bed, while the third has a double bed and a single bed. The first bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, WC, hairdryer and washing machine and the second bathtoom has a bath with a shower attachment, WC, hair dryer. The accommodation is air-conditioned and wireless Internet access is available.

The neighbourhood is quiet and consits primarily of single-family and multiple-family houses. The town of Senj is conveniently located for visiting many places of interest: the Plitvice Lakes national park, the northern Velebit national park, or the islands of Rab, Krk and Pag.

A large covered gazebo (area 40 m2) with a barbecue and seating for 8 people and two terraces (area 50 m2) with a sea view equipped with seating and two deckchairs are intended only for the guests of this apartment. In front of the apartment there is a landscaped garden with two large trees, grass and flowers and three free parking spaces. The facility is located in a quiet part of the city, 10 minutes' walk to the first beach and the city center.

    “Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Positiv: Sehr sauberes Haus mit zwei schönen Wohnungen und toller, überdachter Terrasse. Aussicht von Balkon und Terrasse ist toll, genau wie beschrieben. Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr sauber mit schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Man könnte zu Fuß zum Strand gehen, muss aber den Berg runter und dann wieder rauf gehen. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden und auch die Aufteilung ist super.”
