Old country house with a big garden, a pool and communal rooms

The old country house is surrounded by a green hilly landscape (450 metres above sea level) and by fields. It invites you to enjoy a quiet and relaxed stay and offers a fresh climate, even in the hot summer months.

The Torre holiday apartment is in the oldest part of the house and features traditional farmers’ furniture. It is on two floors and can accommodate up to seven people. The lower floor has an entrance area leading directly into the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for one person (80 x 190cm). The upper floor has a spacious bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 190cm). The two bedrooms also each have a sofa bed for one person (80 x 190cm). The apartment has a washing machine.

The stone country house from the 17th century has been carefully restored, preserving its ancient beauty. The house consists of three holiday apartments on the first floor of the house, so a group can spend a holiday together without compromising privacy. The ground floor has three communal rooms with tables, chairs, sofas, a TV, a DVD player and a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove with five rings, an electric oven and a wood-burning oven.

The Tramonto mini apartment for two people consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a small living room-kitchen. The living room-kitchen has a sofa bed for a child. The Alba and Tramonto apartments share a washing machine in the communal area on the ground floor. The outdoor area has a big, shared garden (7000m²) with a pool, olive and fruit trees and oak trees, inviting you to go on long walks to enjoy the lovely colours of the sunrise and sunset. It has a gazebo, tables, chairs and a hammock. There is parking space on site. Hospitality is important here and it is a way of life that is offered, not just a place to spend a holiday. Hospitality means to receive guests, to provide a comfortable environment and to ensure their well-being. The owners do not live on site, but are happy to assist with any queries any time during your stay, as they live just a few minutes away. The house is a short walk from the Carsulae excavation site, an old Roman town, and 2km from Portaria, a medieval town. The nearest village with supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank and a post office is Acquasparta 5km away. The nearest town is Terni (20km).

The Alba holiday apartment is on one floor and consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower and a living room-kitchen with a fireplace. A single bed can be added to one of the bedrooms on request.

    “Ein wundervolles, altes Haus in idyllischer Lage! Traumhaftes Grundstück mit Pool! Viel Platz! Die getrennten Wohnungen sind super, wenn man mit mehreren Familien oder Paaren fährt. Kinderfreundlich! In der Nacht sollte man allerdings die Fenster schließen oder die Ohren gegen die kläffenden Hunde der Nachbarschaft mit Ohropax verschließen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig vorbildlich gereinigt. Ausflüge gut in der Gegend möglich, Läden im nächsten Ort gut erreichbar mit dem Auto.”
