This luxurious house is situated on an open plot in Nr. Lyngby to the north of Løkken and has an associated annex with activity room (pool table, music system and dart). The large windows and spacious rooms with white coloured walls make the house bright and attractive. A fireplace in the beautifully furnished living room provides warmth and cosy atmosphere. A full-fledged kitchen is open and attached to the living room. An incredibly beautiful and large bathroom has a hot tub. All the rooms have tiled and wooden floorings. Enjoy a drive to Løkken and Lønstrup with shops and restaurants. Take a stroll in the beautiful surroundings and along the beach. The terrace and the garden are not ready yet.

    “Der Wohnbereich ist sehr gemütlich, ein ausgezeichneter Kamin ersetzt auch im strengen Winter vollständig den Einsatz der Heizung. Die Küche ist sehr ordentlich und funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt allerdings zu wenig Töpfe- bei Vollbelegung. Die Betten sind top bequem, aber nur 1,40 m breit. Kleiderschränke für dänische Verhältnisse sehr groß und ausreichend. Das große Bad ist auf den ersten Blick super eingerichtet; es stellt sich jedoch bald heraus: Um den Whirlpool mit warmem Wasser zu füllen, sind fünf Stunden Vorlaufzeit nötig. Dazu war sowohl der Duschkopf des Whirlpools nicht nutzbar und wurde auch trotz sofortiger Reklamation nicht in Ordnung gebracht. Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ bei Übernahme erheblich zu wünschen übrig. Die Terrasse war unaufgeräumt, die Gartenmöbel waren über das Gelände verstreut, teilweise beschädigt, die Terrasse verschmutzt.”
