House in Jakačići with Extensive Garden

This holiday house, a typical Istrian stone house, is located at the heart of Istria, in the peaceful little village of Jakacici. It is on a quiet road leading through the village. It is surrounded by a beautiful big garden and woodland full of colours and fragrances and is a paradise for guests who love nature and the countryside. It is a place to relax and rest. Families with children and pets will enjoy it here, as will couples or singles. Istrian stone house with a big garden, a grill area and a swimming pool of 24 m2, in a quiet and rural location, near the U?ka nature reserve, ideal for nature lovers

The site is completely fenced and everyone is bound to find a favourite spot to relax in the extensive garden. Swimming pool (24 m2), a swing and a badminton net are provided for children. There is a grill area under the oak tree in the garden. Deckchairs invite you to sunbathe. It is especially pleasant in the garden in the morning or in the evening, when the birds are twittering and the fragrances of nature waft around you. There is a fenced private parking space in front of the house. There are other parking spaces for three to four cars in the garden, about 15 metres from the house.

The house for up to eight people was built in 1920. and renovated very carefully by the owners in 2015, so it provides all the necessary conveniences for a comfortable holiday. The renovated part of the house is let out as a holiday house, providing 112m² of living space. The other part of the house of 70m² is only used privately by the owner. The house has a living room-kitchen, with free wireless Internet access, satellite TV, a dining space and a double sofa bed (160 x 190cm). Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm and 160 x 200cm) and a wardrobe, while the third has a wardrobe and two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. A children’s bed is available (80 x 140cm) for a child up to three years old. The two bathrooms have a shower and WC. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, sink and coffee machine. The stone house has walls 60cm thick, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate in summer, so air conditioning is not required. There is a wood-burning stove in the kitchen.

Around the village there are many cycling and hiking routes. You can explore beautiful medieval towns on the hills, admire cultural and historic monuments and waterfalls, visit restaurants and sample their delicious regional dishes, or visit various cultural events. The Ucka nature reserve is just 30 minutes from the house and the nearest beaches are just 20 minutes away. It is just 50 metres to the closest grocery shop and a ten-kilometre drive to the nearest supermarket.

The owner lives in Pula, but greets you on arrival and ensures that you have an enjoyable stay.

    “Sehr empfehlenswert!
    Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Sowohl das Haus, als auch der Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch der Ort Jakacici ist sehr klein, aber fein!
    Ebenso ein großer Vorteil sind die 3 getrennten Schlafzimmer und die 2 Bäder.
    Wir waren mit 4 Hunden dort, diese konnten auch den Garten sehr genießen, da er komplett ausbruchssicher umzäunt ist und viel Platz, sowie schattige Plätze bietet.

    Für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!”

    “Wir waren im Juli mit unserer 6-köpfigen Familie da, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, die Zimmer und Küche einfach, aber mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Am besten hat den Kindern natürlich der Pool (sehr gepflegt und sauber) gefallen, auch der riesengroße Garten ist unbezahlbar.
    Sehr nette Vermieterin, unaufdringlich und gleichzeitig jederzeit für Fragen und dergleichen erreichbar.
    Direkt über die Straße gibt es einen kleinen Laden, wo wir jeden Tag unser Frühstücksbrot gekauft haben.
    Würden es auf jeden Fall für Familien, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, weiterempfehlen.”

    “Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht: eine vollausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder mit einer Waschmaschine und drei schöne Schlafzimmer. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein echtes Highlight ist der riesige Garten mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten, einem Grill, viel Platz zum Spielen und einem schönen Swimmingpool. Dadurch, dass der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, war er auch für unseren Hund ein Paradies. Einzig die Nähe zur Durchgangsstraße (wobei der Verkehr sich in Grenzen hielt) und die Tatsache, dass ein Teil des Gartens von der Straße her einsehbar ist, empfanden wir als etwas störend.”

    “mooie ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers één met douche en één met bad: prima badkamers. De woonkeuken had alles in zich. Een grote eettafel, oven vaatwasser en genoeg kookgerei + een tv. Het was gelukkig geen slecht weer, want dan is de woonkeuken wel klein.
    Lekker koel overal binnen, dikke muren en prima matrassen.
    Een tuin was top. Een mooie plek onder de notenboom + een bbq. Heerlijk veel gebruik van gemaakt. Een prima zwembad, goed bijgehouden door de eigenaresse. Veel plekken in de tuin om in de schaduw te zitten. Hangmat opgehangen en heerlijk badminton gespeeld bij het grote net in de tuin. Wat een ruimte ! Heerlijk weer gehad dus voor ons was de tuin ons thuis.”
