Studio apartment with a little terrace and a panoramic view, very close to the old town

The apartment is near the old part of the town Villefranche sur Mer, in an elegant and secure residence that has private parking place and a shared pool with a park.

The 30m² studio is fully equipped and furnished. It has a comfortable double bed (140 x 200cm). The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, a TV, wireless Internet access, terrace furniture, towels, a toaster, a kettle, a table, clean bed linen etc. Note that you must bring your own beach and pool towels. A supplementary bed can be provided for a child.

The little apartment has a terrace and a garden (40m²). The terrace affords a unique panorama of the Cap Ferrat peninsula, the Villefranche sur Mer bay and the old town. The residence has a caretaker, a shared pool (which is never overcrowded even in summer), a private parking space and a Mediterranean park. The whole complex, including the pool and the park, is illuminated at night, in case you fancy swimming a couple of rounds late in the evening. The pool is not heated, but can be used from the end of May to the end of September. The pool area, however, is open all year round for those who just want to relax in the sun by the pool.

The Villefranche old town, about a ten-minute walk away, has many grocery shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, bars and souvenir shops. There is a bus stop right in front of the residence with good connections to Nice, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Eze and Monaco (bus lines 100 and 81, every 10 to 15 minutes). You can also explore the whole of the Cote d’Azur by car. There is a private parking space available. The train station is about a 6-minute walk away, with connections to Ventimiglia, Cannes, St. Tropez and Marseilles.

    “Wunderbare Lage mit atemberaubendem Ausblick! das Studio ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll
    eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, und gepflegt , auf der Terrasse beginnt der Urlaub von Anfang an mit dieser unglaublichen Aussicht auf die Bucht von Villefranche und den Cap St Jean-Ferrat !”
