This comfortable villa for 4 persons is located in the villa park Porta Isola in Stevensweert, Limburg. The special feature of this house is its location on the water and the fact that this accommodation has a beautiful winter garden, which offers a beautiful view of the water and small marina. The house is also furnished with care. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor, one of the bedrooms has a beautiful view. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor, and a bathroom on the floor with bath, hand shower and toilet. The park is located in a lake area and has a sandy beach where you can swim. From the park you have a beautiful view of the water, the marina and the characteristic fortified town of Stevensweert. Within walking distance from the park there is a restaurant with terrace and bowling alleys, where you can of course enjoy the famous Limburg cake. You can bring a boat. At a distance of 1 km you can use a boat ramp for a fee, you can also rent a mooring there and there is also parking for the boat trailer (on request). Stevensweert is located in the largest closed lake area in the Netherlands. Here you are guaranteed a lot of fun From the Burgundian Meuse, you can make a trip to Antwerp and Brussels by boat. Possible excursions: Eindhoven, Roermond, Valkenburg, Maastricht and Thermae 2000. The hilly and rural surroundings offer many cycling and walking trails. Several golf courses in the region.
