Holiday Apartment in Stobreč with Private Parking

Your holiday apartment is on a little street on an estate in Stobreč, 6km to the south-east of Split.

The living room opens onto the roofed balcony, which has a hammock for reading or resting, as well as a garden table and two chairs. You can also grill here. You can park free of charge in front of the apartment.

It has an open kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The open kitchen provides ample worktop space and a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven and toaster. There is a dining table for six people. If you would like to escape from the sun, then you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa suite with cable TV, a DVD player and radio in the living room. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200cm and 160 x 200cm), while the third has a single bed (90 x 180cm). Each bedroom has wardrobes with storage space. The bathroom with a yellow and blue pattern is quite striking. It has a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. Air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available.

Please note: you can hire a motorboat (with the necessary papers), subject to availability. Prices and duration to be arranged with the owner.

Within a radius of 500 metres you can find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars, a post office, ATMs, golf courses, tennis courts and sights, as well as the local bus station. It is 25km to the airport and about 6km to Split.

    “Die Wohnung war genau wie wir es erwartet haben, sauber, modern, gut ausgestattet. Es sah genau so wie in den Fotos aus. Wir haben W-lan und Klima ohne Zuzahlung gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.”
